Roselands Leisure & Aquatic Centre

i have been coming here since i was a kid, now i am bringing my kids here, the staff are never the best but today topped it. After having 2 little trouble makers cause trouble around my kids with bombing, i told them to move on and stop bombing near my 6 and 4 year old. they went and told the staff i was chasing them around the pool and trying to get them (yeah cause im gonna leave my kids to drown for these disrespectful kids) got approached by the security who was right in my face and trying to act intimidating in front of my kids. luckily he had half a brain when i told him to get out of my face other wise it wont end well for him. then i had the duty manager approach me, with about 5 woman behind him pointing fingers at me like i was some criminal. i told him to know the full story before he speaks or attempts to kick me out. as i was explaining what the story is, a group of kids approached us and confirmed that the 2 initial boys where doing what i said and there was no chasing around. we ended up leaving any way due to the anger i had towards this situation and had my kids with me. the pools staff and security should be ashamed of them self's. ill never come back there again, and ill make sure none of my friends or family do either.

I loved the indoor pool with the seat to lower and raise people in and out of the water. I had a hip replacement and didn’t feel comfortable about jumping into the pool or using the ladder to get out. The lifeguards were lovely and more than willing to help. The temperature of the water was perfect and I enjoyed using one of the lap lanes to swim for an hour or so at around midday when it wasn’t busy. I’ll be making this a regular event. One of the best public pools I’ve ever used.
